Before pirchasing please keep in mind that this is a slow fashion project. This means that you should purchase consciously, so if you're not sure about how the color will look or about your size please write me before, so we can figure it out together to make sure you will love your unique piece.

Can I change an item?

We only accept changes in size no later than 14 days after receiving the item, while changes in model or color are carried out only in exceptional cases and at the discretion of our management.

Before requesting an exchange, make sure that the costume is in the same condition in which it arrived: untouched, clean and UNWORN (even if subsequently washed), ruined or dirty. If this is not the case, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, we therefore lovingly ask you to respect these basic conditions

What do I have to do to request the exchange?

To request an exchange of the purchased costume, make sure that the item reflects the basic conditions for the exchange and contact us via the contact form that we leave you by clicking here✨, by entering the following information:

• Name and surname
• Order number
• Item you want to purchase (model name, color and size)
• Reason why you want to change the item
• Item required for exchange (model name, color and size)

We will reply to you as soon as we have received your request.

The shipping costs necessary to make the exchange are entirely borne by the buyer.

To avoid unnecessary additional shipments, I’m happy to guide you in choosing the right size: check the size chart and possibly write me to be followed in your purchase 🙂

Do you make returns or refunds?

This is a little slow fashion one woman project accepting returns and making refunds means incurring costs not only in economic terms, but also in management, logistics and possible waste. Therefore we invite you to make your purchase with awareness, carefully choosing the garment and the size best suited to your needs, so as to avoid having to proceed with a return .

It is possible to return an item and receive a partial refund if communicated no later than 14 days after receiving the order, if the item complies with the return conditions.

It is possible to return an item and receive a partial refund if communicated no later than 14 days after receiving the order, if the item complies with the return conditions: The purchased item must be tried on wearing underwear, since we do not apply hygienic plastic protections.

Furthermore, the garment must be in the same condition in which it arrived: untouched, clean and UNWORN (even if subsequently washed), ruined or dirty. If this is not the case, the item will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be made, I therefore lovingly ask you to respect these basic conditions.Shipping costs for returns are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund will be partial as the shipping cost with which the buyer received the item will not be refunded and 5% will be deducted from the amount paid by the buyer for the returned item, to compensate for the costs of managing the payment and of the staff who will take care of the return.
